Fall in Homer, Alaska

In September we made a little road trip down to the Kenai Peninsula for Jason to get some work time in there. We had an amazing day trip down to Homer and back from Kenai. The last time we made a trip all the way down there the big boys were little boys, and I was pregnant with Declan. 

Of course the big boys didn't remember Homer so it was a totally new experience for all of the kids. We picked the most gorgeous day imaginable to visit there, we spent the day combing the beach and walking on trails. The kids loved it, this was the last of many beaches we managed to visit in 2018 and it was easily the most memorable for all of us! The views in Homer are simply breathtaking and I can't wait to go back! It's on our list of roadtrips for 2019.
